Dear  Ronen,

I would like to thank you so much for your kind and comforting words of condolence following the passing away of His
Majesty King Hussein. This has been a very difficult time for all of us, and the loss is truly enormous on so many
different levels. However, we are comforted by the universal tribute that King Hussein received and the genuine
outpouring of affection and respect from all over the world. This support serves as a testament to the late King
Hussein's vision, courage, leadership and compassion.

We are proud and grateful that we had a king who was truly noble, the kindest of men who left us with an outstanding
set of memories and a remarkable legacy to honor and perpetuate.

On behalf of the Hashemite family, the people of Jordan, and the staff of the International Press Office, thank you
so much once again for your letter that was a huge source of comfort and support to us.
